great improvements but some minor details to address
The staff were genuinely attentive, going out of their way to assist with our requests. The breakfast spread was diverse, and the fresh local fruits were a highlight. Our Junior Suite was pristine, offering lovely city views, though it would have been nice to have a few more pillows. We enjoyed the grilled octopus at dinner, it was a must-try dish.
The room could benefit from additional pillows for comfort.

Pleasant experience there. New-fashioned and soundproof rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Special customer care, parking onsite. The early check-in.

I am totally happy for everything I saw or served by the hotel. It's a good hotel.
When I booked the room, rate was quoted in us Dollars. When I checked out, my bill was changed into Soles, and they wanted to charge me us$ 1.00 equivalents 3.00 soles. This rate was at least 10% higher than market central rate. In addition, my credit card company would charge me also percentage for convertion. I was fortunate to have usd cash in hand, and I paid cash in us Dollar currency instead of being taken advantage by the hotel. I strongly suggest nm lima hotel not to continue this malo practice. It certainly damages it's reputation. The in-room air conditioner is a little bit noisy.

I had a fantastic week at this hotel! The breakfast selection was incredible, especially the chicken salad sandwiches and espresso options. The Junior Suite with Bath was spacious and so relaxing, particularly the hot tub! I'd gladly return for another stay.

The location was nice and perfect in a very residential area, just off Comandante Espinar avenues which have all that and shops and close. San Isidro district was worth visiting. The room was functional & large with toiletries and a very comfortable bed, as example. The breakfast was savoury, had a wide range of options.

The breakfast was a standout, with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious local dishes that kept everyone satisfied, including our young child.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available. A small play area would be great.

The room was spotless and we loved dining at the restaurant, especially the grilled octopus – it was amazing! The hotel has a lovely sun terrace and a nice leisure room where we could kick back after a busy day. One small hiccup was that the breakfast could be a bit more varied, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌟

We loved the impeccable service of the staff. We loved our room. It was spacious, clean, modern and luxurious. We also loved the restaurant with its good food without too many choices that could overwhelm.
The only minor complaint was the business center. The computers could be set up more efficiently with all of them turned on for easy availability and all be hooked up to the available printer.

New and clean.
Staff was not very friendly and from a distance. The decoration in the hotel and the rooms is really very terrible. Very sterile !

missingWrote a review on 26 Julcomfortable suiteconvenient locationcold atmosphere
Comfortable Junior Suite with Bath offers ample space for relaxation. The location in the upscale district of San Isidro makes it convenient for those exploring Huaca Pucllana, an intriguing archaeological site nearby.
Rooms and common areas feel a bit cold due to exterior temperatures, and the A/C system lacks heating options, necessitating multiple requests for warmth. Breakfast was average and lacked the inviting feel found in similar hotels. No room service available, and the door staff checks guest IDs, which may come off as intrusive. Complaints about breakfast arrangements on early departures added to the frustration, particularly when reasonable accommodations could have been offered.
